W124 300te rear headrest

Im trying to replace a rear seat headrest in a 300TE cant get the passenger side one to fit in is there a trick to it?

i believe rear ones are different i think i have a set for rear

be careful. i remember a thread where someone had a problem when they tried the wrong headrest in the seat.... it went in but never came out again.
