Only had the motor a week: but find that this '95 E220 (W124) has 8 hole 16" alloy rims - which look - almost - correct ? Handbook gives tyre sizes for a 15" rim . Clearly the last set of tyres followed the handbook narrowest width advice as they are 195s, but look over stretched to the rims width , in my 'umble . . . . Any advice about : a) what tyre size to fit on these 16s , that won't catch anything ? b) Any real value to such 16" 8:hole rims ? They can't be MB OEMs ? c) who knows what about such an alteration ? d) Cant see that the car was supplied with these - or maybe I'm wrong ?
