W124 Bit of plastic.

Hi, does anyone out there have a 124 series they are breaking? I need the plastic cover that goes behind the battery and protects the 'brains' of the car from water.

I am sure that all 124's have the same bit of plastic, it is not model specific, though for info mine is a 220 estate facelift.

Have you checked with an MB parts dept? I'd think that item would be cheap.

Try three pointed parts. Google them. They are very helpful and sure to have this.

A big thank you to all for the help and info, have acqired one from a member who offered me one. The car is now complete, thogh has developed an incontinent crank oil seal, probably out of sheer cussedness!!
