W124 Coupe - Rear Headrests will not go down

1993 W124 Coupe - pre face lift

Just checking through my new purchase

The rear head rests do not fold down when I press the button on the dash

Is this normally a simple problem

Any advice gratefully received

Yes it I think it will be. There is a red fuse (also for the radio, glove box and cigar lighter) . Check the fuse box, drivers side, I cannot remember which on it is, but unlcip the lid, and there is a piece of paper underneath (also its in your handbook) it tells yuou which fuse. If none of the other items work, then it is this fuse. If not, try removing the wood and getting the switch out and squirting WD40 in it and wiggle it for a minute or 2.
