W124 diesel saloon- where is the tank strainer?

Does anyone know where the tank strainer is & how to access it on a 1991 250d? Found the "how to" on here but its for an estate model which is in a different place

Nothing wrong, would just like to clean it as changing all the filters & fluids on the car.

It enters the tank from below, above the differential.
