W124.driver's Door Adjustment

W124. Door must be wonky - I hear wind noise above 40mph - the gap is sort of around door lock area.
Have played around with the door striker but so far no improvement, if anything I've made it worse.......... :bannana:
Anyone out there had experience of re-hanging a door ?
