Hi there, I have a 1994 E320 coupe that I am fitting some wide AMG wheels to. I was kindly directed to convertion instructions by a fellow forum user where it states that for the rear arches you need to roll them out and cut a slit and insert a section of metal to flare out the fender but for the ce300 24v Cabrio
This is the link to the instructions
http://www.w124performance.com/docs/...7x8.5_ET30.pdf
Can anyone tell me is this the case for the later car I have. it looks like there is plenty of room so I dont think it needs to be done.
Thanks Grant
Due to the enlarged rear production wheelhouse inner
panels, the use of an angled bracket as described in
4.1 is not necessary on model 124.061 (300CE-24
Cabrio).
