This will take a fair bit of "recommissioning" by the looks of it.

That car has some major damp or water/condensation issues....if you look at all the moisture under the bonnet, the flaking/bubbling speedo clocks and even the dashboard speaker pods have a rusty colour to them....

I would think that is just good for parts im afraid.
