W124 E60 AMG £20k

Thanks I would take you up on this but I dont have time to fly to finland at the moment and certainly not 3 days to drive back. if the car was closer I would certainly have called you by now..

I am thinking though.

But then it`ll only be fair if Jay paid for his traveling if he was not to like the car

No worries :) Take Your time. You can always fly over and look at the car and if You like it RoRo vessel is Your friend.

If Germany is better there is always this option for You: Gebrauchtwagen: Mercedes-Benz, E 60 AMG, Sondermodell, Benzin,

terve terve.
me want your e60!
perkele it will cost a lot of money to get it into mint condition.
such a lovely car the w124 e60 is, i like your rims a lot.

did you import it from Japan yourself?
must have cost a lot of money to get it registered in Finland
Japan did receive lots of special AMG's.
how long did you own this car?
this car will raise in value since it was manufactured by true AMG and not the hands of MB.

Cold kalia from Lappinkulta is good.

Moi moi Kowalski,

It will cost some money to get into mint condition, that is true. Then again if the car would be mint the price will be different also. Yes I have imported it from Japan personally.

Yup those wheels are original AMG 3-piece items correct for the car. I haven't owned the car for that many months and as I have lots of other cars my plans have changed. Can't keep them all. I have 2x51 VW Type 1's. 1x 67 VW Type 3 Variant, A Lancia Delta Integrale EVO 1, C5 ABT RS 6 Audi and an E60 M5 BMW. So the fleet is getting a tad too big for the president in the house (also known as wife) and I have received orders to get rid of some of these things.

I do,and that car has that special console

Is that autoscout car a limited edition E60 AMG as it has limited edition interior? It should also have LE wheels then, right? Is there any other way to tell than by checking the VIN for 957 code?

I know it is as it used to belong to a chap on another forum
The only thing I don`t like about that car is the non original bumpers

[QUOTE You pay the beer and be prepared for a hefty bill as we Finns like our beer a lot...)[/QUOTE]

You're not wrong in that department.

I quote a converstion with a Finnish guests at my bar in June

Me 'Good morning sir'
Finn 'Hi Darrell, how are you?'
Me 'I am fine thanks, I got here a bit early today because I took Sophia to school'
Finn 'What time do they start?'
Me '8.15am, anyhow, what can I do for you at such an early hour?'
Finn 'A large Mythos please and an Ouzo'
Me 'On it's way'

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Very nice and rare car in that case. Is that from 500Eboard perhaps?

It's quite a small world as that car is in Dubai and I repatriated from DXB a few months back :)

i hope your car was mechanically and electronic ok when you bought it.
expensive to maintain.
japan had the tsunamis not long ago if i remember correct, houses and cars were flooded.
wonder how many amg's did suffer from this nature catastrophy?
also lots of radiation from their nuclear power plant poisoning everything around.

finding a good e60 is difficult today, finding one will cost a lot.
a w210 e60 will never receive the same status like your e60

good luck selling it

Slightly off topic but I'm sure an MB historian will be lurking. As my SL is registered 97 (MY98) and as the AMG/MB merger took place 98, does that mean my SL is "proper AMG"?

If so should i put my price up...? :D:D

I wouldn't have bought a radioactive flood car to begin with... I guess this answers the above question.

If it's a 957 and 958 code on data card, then it's 1 of 12 limited E60s. Somehow I think not, but could be wrong. VIN would help of course.
