w124 electric mirror switch bulb

hi

how does one remove and replace the bulb that must be inside the electric mirror switch (later/facelift style)

i know how to remove the switch itself, but from what i remember there wasnt any obvious bulb holder in there so i guess the switch needs to be dissassembled?
