W124 Front seat swap/wiring question.

Hi.
I have a used interior for my 1994 E280T which I an looking to fit, however it comes from a pre-airbay car so doesn't have any wiring under the front seats.

Can anyone tell me what the wires do and if they can be swapped over? Also are the seat belt holders different as my current seats seem to have some sort of wires going to them too?
