My son has a W124 230e which has had the suspension dropped at some time in the past.It looks really nice he's tinted it and we found a set of rims off a SL350 complete with tyres (free),they look great (10 and 8 widths). The diameter is slightly different (the wide ones are larger) but could be compenstated by different profiles I guess. Before we go down this route and spend a whole chunk of money are we mad and would they fit?
On a quick try I think we could flair the arches a little and fit 'doughnuts' amg type to restrict the travel on the suspension...........
Help any advice would be well received anyone?

I don't think you can fit 10" wide rears on a regular W124...You might be able to fit 8" on the front, but not sure 100%.

What's the offset of the alloys?

Welcome to the forum :)

As ^ you can`t fit 10j at the rear of a 124,unless is a 500e

w124 e500 has 8 inch width rims in stock ;)
to install 10inch rims you have to play with outlet by milling and spacers
