    Asking price well OTT . Plenty of these in the breakers yards for a lot less .

    To be fair to the seller it is a new one, and they are quite hard to get hold of in good working order.

    Yep these often break, and are very hard to find secondhand in working order.

    At the buy-it-now price for a brand new part it's a bargain I'd say.

    If I needed one, I'd snap it up :)

    What exactly is it that he is selling?

    I mean, it looks like (to my very untrained eye) like a black box of bits.
    It's that the complete set up for the temp gauge? Or only main the box of electrics that accompany's the whole thing?

    The seller is a top guy - i have bought numerous items from him in the past and he is first class.

    He usually sells NOS items.

    That item is under-priced in my opinion - £100 would be a fairer price, 50 quid ? Ansolute steal.

    He's spot on as a seller.

    Was Bluestar back in the day, a big dealer of obsolete MB stock in the north east.

    It's the display that fits in the dash, the other part is the wiring inc the probe that fits behind the number plate.

    For some reason the displays crack, so they're not that easy to get hold of.
