W124 Rear Headrest Retraction Mechanism

Hi there. I have a W124 E280 and one of the rear headrest releasr mechanism is slightly broken i think. The headrest wont drop on its own, you have to push it and sounds like something is grinding, must have been broken once upon a time. Is there any blog, post that has a step by step how to remove guide so i can investigate/replace?

They are pneumatically dropped and manually raised.
