W126 Radiator

Hi all,

As part of my restoration, I need a radiator for my 500SEL... Mercedes have said NLA and euro's chucks nothing up either.... couple of options on eBay with a Nissens unit but what are the panels thoughts and recommendations? Or does anybody have one they removed off their car which is in good working order they no longer require?

My only experience with Nissens is with Range Rovers, radiator aswell heater matrix and they did not disappoint me.

I had a Nissens in my 2.3-16. They are very good quality.

Original would have been BEHR but as said Nissens are fine.

Nissens are fine, the Behr ones are now made in China , Nissens are Dutch and most W126 owners prefer them for this reason.

Thanks for all of your replies. I shall go for the Nissens in that case. I saw a couple on eBay... both looked the same but £20 price difference. not sure what the difference was? I've added the links - I'd appreciate your responses.

The comptability list of the two are different, take a good look again before ordering.

The first link has a picture of an A/C condenser. Not a radiator. The second has the correct part number for a radiator
