W126 SEC Anti roll bar mount corrosion.

After having successfully having the rear window rubber replaced and resealed and being generally very happy with the condition of the car, I pulled the battery out to find the tray corroded. No problem I thought, so got a new one from MB. When to replace it this weekend upon taking the tray out I could see that the area where the anti roll bar mountsis seriously corroded.
Has anyone made good repairs to this area. Is a repair part available. It certainly looks a tricky area to fabricate and weld in.

Hi there, sorry to keep asking but can anyone point me in the direction on any info for the best way to repair this area. I can't seem to find anything, I can't be the only one that suffered with this hopefully.
