W140 S500 engine cutting

Hi all,

Been driving my W140 for a few months now with no issues. All of a sudden when coming to a slow stop, the idle cuts, get a flash of the ignition light, then it catches and recovers. The idle seems slightly unstable.

Any thoughts?

Had similar on my w140
On mine was an AC compressor.
AC wasn't used by previous owner (compressor was switched of manually EC light). When I put system to Auto all sudden car was stalling coming to the traffic lights, was running weird
After few days all went back to normal...i guess compressor got enough lubrication
