I have a small blanking plug on the roof of my ML. I thought I'd have a look and see whats underneath. It has a threaded fixing, as if something would go in but as my car only has radio/cassette/cd changer and not Command system I thought this may be redundant. I had a look underneath and there is a aerial size wire connected to it via a pink connector.

Anyone know what this is...?

I'm guessing the radio aerial is hidden away somewhere else, mabe in the glass somewhere.

I'll try and post a pic later if I can figure out how..

I thought it was for a Comand satnav system, however, if it is a radio aerial I will also be happy.
Since replacing my Audio 10 with a double din JVC system I tend to lose radio reception in some areas.
Is the aerial in the rear door with a signal booster via rear window elements?
