Just wondering if my 2004 w163 is Canbus or no Canbus?

Loking to put in an aftermarket Alarm, and was wondering if anyone can clarify. How do i tell?

There are three data networks on the vehicle, high and medium speed canbus - 500kbps for ECM, ABS, TCM, AIR CON etc., and 127 kbps for body processor modules, doors, seats, central locking etc. Also, D2B fibre optic networks for the telematics, if fitted.

What has a data bus got to do with the fitting of an aftermarket alarm system? Do not under any circumstances whatsoever tap into either the dominant and recessive wires of a data bus network, the voltage levels are only 2.4 and 2.6 volts respectively, equaling the 5-volt network supply
