ml270 cdi
Hello Guys,

I own a ML270 CDI 2002 have recently had a inlet manifold replaced and a sump gasket replaced, now I have no kickdown and when driving the car doesn't want to go past 2000rpm , before I had the inlet replaced there was kickdown but it was inconsistent and would like some advice on possible solutions

Thanks in advancve

My guess would be your MAF sensor but if you know a local indie a hook up to their star will confirm this for you.
FWIW when I replaced my manifold and motor, my car still ran in limp mode until a new maf was fitted.

Also possible that the step motor that opens and closes the flaps wasnt plugged back in?

As above I would check everything as it is quite possibly a connection or hose not connected. I did this when I first cleaned my EGR, knocked a vacuum pipe off
