W163 - Which Oil

Got a W163 (320) lump on a 52 plate
Covered 75k miles and wondered what is best oil to use?

The BEST is an oil that has 229.5 MB spec.

I only ever use mobil1 0w-40 in my Ml270CDI. This oil is suitable for both diesels and petrol engines.
