w164 and w245 steering wheel swap advice

hi folks wanted some advice on potential steering wheel swaps for both vehicles, just wanted to update them both a little so had a look at ckm but site makes no sense at all, contacted but still appear a little useless. from what I can see my wheel has a different shape set of holes either side of the centre hole, one triangular or more square where as the new wheels have an identical one each side. can these weels be adapted to fit my vehicles ??? and if anyone has already done this is the wiring the same also ??? please share a link etc if you have one to this being done if you can
