Found in the garage, a W164 ML luggage net. I modified this so I could use it as a stop-gap dog guard on the new CLS SB until I found a correct one at a sensible price, but in the event that didn't take long. See the second picture for the mod; I ground 1mm each side off the little metal buttons that hold the top rail in the car mountings, but it doesn't show and does not affect the security or safety of the net.
It's black, and is in pretty much as-new condition. The best I've found on eBay is £80 all-in from the States, so how about £60 including P&P?
