Seat would be expensive to bring up to "nearly-new" appearance.
Steering column (presumably play in the left-right direction rather than the forward-back) could be expensive if it's the rack, but more likely to be a track rod end or universal joint if it has one.
Oil line is something I'd ask the dealer to fix. if the transmission has been driving around with low oil level, it could be storing up problems for the future.
The paint in the NSF probably means an impact, so check for strange, non-linear steering indicating bent suspension arms. The good news is that I have a spare set!
Poverty spec audio could be fixed with a no-name Chinese Android replacement if you're feeling brave. My one has been working fine for 4 years or more. Pretty good for something with Android in it...
