W166 Bonnet Badge

Hi thinking of replacing the bonnet badge (scratched ) on my ML350, but not sure how it comes off ? googled it and saw that many mercs you access the badge from under the bonnet and squeeze the latches that hold the badge,however the ML does not appear to have that ? is it just a case of prizing it off ??

Hi, yes it is. I replaced mine with a OEM black version to match the paint work! It is held on with two pins IIRC and some grommets which go into the bonnet itself.

Use trim removal tools (99p off eBay) rather than a screwdriver as you will scratch the paint.
