As per title, mercedes did a software update as the touchpad was slow and unresponsive at times. After doing a software update I noticed that the ambient lighting (polar colour) is extremely dim and hardly visible even on highest setting but the orange is fine.
I've contacted the dealership who agree there is a fault but now want to charge me £208 for diagnostic and say that software updates ain't covered under used car warranty.
Kind of stuck what to do now.
Can anyone help?
Can this is resolved by going into engineer setting?
