As the speedo on my A170 seems to have committed suicide
with the ribbon cable coming off the PCB and the tacho knackered I obviously need a replacement and not even considering MB joke prices it has to be a used one.
Availability of used metric ones is scarce and over 100€ in the scrap yards as well but loads of UK ones on eBay a lot cheaper. Now, I can swap the face over from MPH to KM easy enough using the old one but can I change the UK LCD odometer to show kilometres, is there a miles/km switch somewhere or is the PCB programmed for miles OR km from the factory and cannot be changed?
