I've upgraded my tailgate handle to a facelift model, so have my original one for sale.
It's got a quality reversing camera fitted in the left light, this was done in August, so basically a nearly new cam. Passed a number of jetwash tests with flying colours too ...
Lights are LEDs (SMD) and working perfectly fine, with no error messages, etc.
There's an extra connector for an illuminated rear star, or anything else, to lit up in sync with the plate lights. This could be ignored if not required. I'll include a new female receptacle/socket for the plug fitted.
I'll also provide a brand new wiring for the reversing camera: a power plug and an RCA video lead.
A standard light lens (the one replaced with the cam) is also included.
I also have a pair of brand new lights I bought from MB a couple of weeks ago (these are different to the facelift ones), can include these too for extra £10 (can't return them as they were a special order from Germany).
The chrome is in good condition, no visible scratches or dents, obviously some micro-scratches, but only visible at a certain angle with bright light reflecting - see pics.
A nice upgrade for a Classic black plastic handle.
I will also consider selling the reversing camera separately, if you don't fancy replacing the whole handle. Same for the new lights.
The release button rubber cover is slightly deformed, but does not allow any water ingress. I was going to spray the recess, where the button is, with plastidip, to make an even surface.
£50 for the handle with camera and LEDs or £60 to include the pair of brand new lights.
