I have a problem with my media interface :fail , when I tried to watch my videos which were located in my iphone, I have just a black screen, audio is normal, just have a problem with the video.
As you know, if you have Comand, A Class has direct video watch support via Media Interface with Iphone and Ipod. See the pictures
Does anyone have any idea about it, I have the correct cable (A0028272104), I have Iphone 4S 16GB, video downloaded from Itunes Store, there is only sound, and a black screen.
You can see new Media Interface options : My car delivered on 03.2013. 3 days ago I did an update on MB dealer to my Interface.

Please, bear in mind this is not Aux Video mode, this one is new option for Comands, direct video watch from Ipod/Iphone via Media Interfaces...
