W202 C Class Aircon Question

Now the baking hot summer is here in Germany, i have been using the aircon in the car. QUestion is, to all you 202 owners, should the fans at the front run at full pelt all the time the aircon is on?

Mine do and it´s quite noisy. Can someone check on their car for me?

They only do it when neccessary, mine were intermittent last time I checked.

If this can help you, I've checked, both are working but it was quite hot outside (abt.28°C).
