Rust and diffs are two things to look out for.

Yeah car I'm after has some minor rust on wings but not bad and also it just past our MOT the NCT (national car test) in Ireland. Drives great and seams mechanically sound with FSH too. Just want to get as much info as possible on what to look for. Thanks for reply.

Lubricate the wiper mechanism twice per year.

Test your alarm to check it is in working order.

Test your boot and door lock with the emergency mechanical key blade that’s housed in the remote fob to check that the can be opened if you have a flat battery or other central locking faults.

Gearbox oil and filter should have been changed at around 60k.
