Hi guys,
Got a good one for you. When I pull away I get a chirping noise that increases with the speed of the car from underneath the rear, but more often (though not only) when I have weight in the back. Once the car goes into 2nd gear the noise stops. Cruising at 50, 60, 70 mph there is no noise or vibration, the car behaves perfectly.
I had my MOT tester inspect all the UJ's and shafts and he couldn't find anything wrong. No movement, no rattles, nothing.
Is this an enigma that relates only to the Esprit model or does somebody else have any ideas?
