W202 - Diagnostic Mode?

If i turn the key before the ignition, where all the lights go on, is that a diagnostic mode? sometimes the airbag light flashes, then goes away, same with the CEL, but ABS and battery seem to always be on.. should i be worried?

All normal. It has no diag mode.
