W202 front plate holder question

I am thinking of getting a plateholder like this for my c43, do I need to drill holes in the bumper to fit it?

Depending on what is already fitted you may have to drill some mounting holes to fit a new plinth.

I see so it does need holes to fit, I think mine still hasn't been drilled the plate was attached with double sided tap which had another little sticker one under it. I will attach the new one the same way I think I kinda feel bad drilling holes on it, thanks

The two holes in the centre are for fixing to the bumper, the holes at the corners are for fixing the plate to the plinth. I painted my plinth to match the colour of the bumper.
