This is going to sund very very silly. Had a dipped beam pop today and don't have my handbook with me. I've looked at various bulb charts online and there seems to be some confusion over whether my dipped beams are H1 or H7. The car is a late 1996 W202 (5 speed auto) with the later glass lens pattern & multi rear access covers as opposed to the earlier type with 1 piece rear access cover. Simple question, is the dipped beam H7 ? I think it is but need to buy a bulb today and fit tonight. I can't access the car at present to take the existing bulb out. Thanks in advance.
