Tldr; where do I stick the gaffer tape?

I'm heading to France in the 'ol rust-bucket, but am struggling to find how to "convert" my halogen headlamps to continental-mode

The car's manual has been no help.

With previous cars there has been has been a diagram online showing where on the lens to apply tape to block the bit of the beam that would dazzle continental motorists. I can't find that for the 202

Anyone have any ideas?

Annoyingly my adaptor thingy has gone AWOL. (Presumably filed with UK plates under "Put away until next trip")

No doubt someone will be along in a minute with the diagram for you, but if they don't, you can buy deflectors AND UK plates here for a fiver

I don't think it must be fitted to the car manufacturer's instructions.
