W202 rear diff seal

Hi noticed my rear diff is leaking from the right side seal, Ordered a new seal, Are they easy to change, Anything a need to know before i pull it apart, Im guessing its a case of unbolting the drive shaft and popping the shaft out?

To get the shaft out you need to drop the diff and remove the backplate then unclip the large circlip on the driveshaft, then pull it out.

well thats a bit more work than i tought it would be. Is the circlip easy to get to?
