My 1993 W202 C-Class has a bit of an odd problem with the steering. Turning right after I apply about a turn of lock it stops self-centreing and instead pulls itself right on to full lock.
No issues at all turning left, and it tracks straight and true.
Has anyone heard of this before?
Other than that (and a mysterious rattle in the dash) I love the car. After a few tweaks it runs beautifully and once I've replaced the awful stereo I'll be heading off on my first decent road trip as a Merc owner.
