W202 what's this button do?

I hope everyone liked my little rhyme in the title..

In any case, I just bought a 1993 w202 c180 and am currently puzzled by one single button on my dash (pic attached). Any ideas at all what it do? It's the one on top of the stack above the EC button.

Usually the front demist is a different shape than the rear. Maybe the OP can tell us if he has another demist type button

Yeah I have the standard wavey arrows button alright.

DVLA say not an import.

Not an import according to DVLA and insurance company

It seems that the buttons you have only appeared in the 1993 cars, from '94 on they were different.
