I see a few posts asking how to do this job and the std answer is always to pay someone else to change them as its very hard etc etc
Well its not hard just a tad fiddly and that only applies to the rear plug each side.
The trick to remember is to use a 17mm spanner as a lever to get the plug caps off use one hand to lever the cap and the other hand to wiggle the lead and of they pop, spanner from the top is the easiest way, back two plugs are the fiddliest.
Very few tools needed
17mm spanner
3/8 drive ratchet
3/8 drive 3 inch extension
spark plug socket
torx socket to remove the coilpack bolts
All Halfords tools so cheap enough.
Rear plug each side feed the socket onto the plug, then the extension, then loosen, remove extension and wiggle out socket with plug.
Other 10 are easy peasy thats a technical term by the way!
My v8 was harder but again not impossible.
