Hi, I have an Audio 50 APS system in my 2006 c class, it has the telephone install in the centre armrest, I don't have a handset for this and I'm sure it's well out of date anyway.
I would like to be able to play music through the cars system from my android phone, is there a way of doing this? Bluetooth or aux, I've checked the glovebox but there isn't an aux socket in there.

Could there be any connections I could use where the telephone kit is?

Any advice would be appreciated, I'm not very tech savvy but can follow instructions :D

You could retrofit COMAND NTG2.5, it has built-in Bluetooth that replaced the Convenience Telephony option in the centre arm rear, then add something like this:

EDIT: just saw your post, if this device works with Audio 50 APA then it should be fine.

Even if you did have a genuine MB HFP unit for the connection in the armrest it will not stream music etc. It is for telephone only. Loads of stuff available out there , but getting it to work can sometime be a challenge.

Best of luck 👍
