W203 auto dimming wing mirror

My auto dimming mirror has leaked on my 52 reg C32 i have had a look on flea bay and there are a few on there, would the mirror fron an E class of the same era fit mine?

I have just spent 6 months searching a replacement mirror for my ageing c240, just getting one 2 weeks ago (the powerfold mechanism broke in the original) In my experience, seeking a replacement mirror is very model specific - from a 'saloon' version, estate or coupe, and they seem to update the deign with model years too. I would just ensure that any replacement you have an eye on, not only cosmetically looks the same, but that the wiring connectors is also the same.
