W203 C Class Coupe Facelift RETRO COMAND INSTALL

I am interested in installing a comand unit to my W203 facelift Coupe it has a cd changer and pre wiring some questions i have are?

1. What model comand unit do i need (Maybe BE6096) or similiar
2. apart fro the comand what cables software do i need?
3. Once installed will it work? or will it need to be coded to the car?
4. Will a retrofit display the menu on the instrument cluster.
5. Is there any good installers in East Anglia
6. how much will i be looking at for a new or secondhand unit

Don't forget to look at www.comand.co.uk either. The guys behind it are on this forum too. Based in Surrey but I'm sure you could have a trip over here. They can do installs in other parts of the country but I'm not sure where they cover. Get in touch with Alfie on this forum (send him a PM)...

1). You need as new an A203 870 ?? 89 unit as you can get.
2). You will need a navigation DVD. V9 is the newest.
3). Most likely need to be coded depending on what you have in the car already. If the MOST bus isnt coded right some things like Phone and Cd changer might stop working.
4). Yes if you get the car coded otherwise no.
5). Not that I know of. You could always come down here.
6). A new unit will cost you over £2,000. A warrantied refurb will be a lot less.
