Atf Fluid was added into the power steering . The tensioner and the belt were also replaced and the squealing sound is still there when at full lock. What could be the cause of the squealing sound when at full lock.

The belt is slipping on the PS pulley.

Mauya ! Factor . You say ATF fluid was 'added' to the system , was the fluid not replaced completely ? It take only about one litre. Has the fluid ever been replaced in the history of the car ? It is often overlooked.
You mention 'ATF' not sure what ATF you used but you need to make sure the correct stuff went in . If you have no history of a fluid change you might have added the wrong fluid to some very old fluid and made things worse. The correct fluid from Mercedes Benz for your car is green (the colour is not the same for all manufacturers) the part number is A001 989 2403.
Or Pentosin CHF 11 S (or similar) is OK. pretty much most steering fluids badged 'CHF 11' would work.
NOTE. The filter for the system is built into the 'top up' tank . Replacing the tank is the only way to replace the filter.
