that looks like a MP design steering wheel,
I have one on my car and it's beautifully made and feels great too,
these normaly retail at over £500.00 so thats a good price and well worth the money.
I imported mine from the states last year so I can't vouch for the seller but if you fancy a new wheel then this is the one to get
