W203 Change to LED's ?

I have a W203 05 reg Facelift. Im considering buying some Canbus LED's namely for the number plate lights and sidelights .
Has anyone done it ? do they actually work without firing up any bulb errors ? can you tell me the exact bulbs Im looking for ? and can you recommend a cheap place to buy ?

I've changed both on mine no problems and no errors.

Quick question - how do you get the bulbs out of the side lights?

I have tried the "straight pull" but no joy and don't fancy breaking anything.

They do come out with gentle wriggling but it is a bit squeaky bum time !

I second getting them from Killerhertz. Good price, good service and no errors.

You can search on here for some pre and post fitting pictures I posted in January.

The sidelights can be interesting as Beno says. A careful twist and pull and voila they are out.
