W203 electric door mirrors problem

This is my first post as I have just got a 2002 C32 AMG. It drives well and I have fixed a few issues but have hit a problem with the door mirrors.

I can't adjust either side or fold them in. They do move if I change the setting on the memory seat, but not to a useful position.

I have checked the fuses (3 of them?), the connection on the back of the headlamp/mirror control switch.


Any ideas?

If neither will move, but show life with the memory button I'd imagine it was the switch. About the only thing I would think that each side has in common.
