W203 Facelift CD Changer confusion

Hi. I have a W203 2006 facelift that I am trying to install a CD changer in. I purchased a changer that came with cables but that was from a pre facelift car. The trouble I have is the changer audio and power cable are different to the ones on my audio 20 head unit. The power cable is 2 pin on the wiring loom and 3 pin on changer and the fibre cable connection is different. Can I get the correct cables to make this work ? If not what changer / cable do I need to get. See attachment pics of what I have got already.

I would guess the pre facelift is DB2 and the facelift MOST bus, not compatible.

Why not just get a nice new double din head unit?

gIzzE is correct. Wrong CD changer. You need a MOST CD changer and the MOST wiring loom for power and fibre.

Do not plug the D2B changer power loom into MOST changer or vice-versa - although the 3 pin power plug is the same the power wires are reversed :-(
