W203 facelift ESP switches

Does anyone know if the switches can be individually replaced or does the whole strip need replacing. I want to add a rear wiper switch to a set that is without. I already have the wiring, its just the switch thats missing.

You need the whole switch panel, it's usually only the estate that has the rear wiper switch
