Hi.
My W203 C220 CDI glow plug light is not lighting up, neither before or after I crank it.
Could it be the relay thats faulty?
Thanks

Or the bulb has blown?

I would start with this and take it from there :

Ok
I will fit another glow plug module, if no good then It is a blown bulb in the cluster

When my module was knackered it still displayed the light, the bulb will be a lot cheaper than the module.

OP, if I were you I would just leave it until the car refused to start one cold morning. My ancient van has had the glow plug lamp on for the last 15 years, the people at Iveco say ignore it , it only comes one below minus 20'C on a diesel compression engine.
Worst case scenario is the fuelling will be a bit heavy until the engine warms up. As others have said here, check the bulb is working before you decide to buy a new engine .

Bulb it is then... But anyone knows the correct bulbs for this cluster?

Remove the cluster , which you need to do anyway , take out the GP bulb and swap it with a similar good one from the cluster , plug the cluster back in and see if the GP light is coming on , if it does then pop off to Halfrauds bulb in hand and get another , job done.

If it doesn`t then it is time to look elsewhere but it least it was a cheap way of ruling out the bulb.

Will do and many thanks for the advice.

That doesn't make that cluster very serviceable.... I guess I ll just live with the bulb out ... Sometimes old tech is best
Yes. All lighting was SMD LED.
I had a duff EML (of course !!) Changed the cluster, then had the EML light come on, in anger, about 3 months later.
